During this session together we will go over your birth plan , labor & delivery prep and knowledge of birth rights. This will mainly be a interactive way for you  to learn ways to move and breathe Through labor and the birth of your child . This will also be great for your partner inner standing more of what you will need and what helps you along your labor and delivery.  for more information book a discovery call below.   

As your  Doula, I can provide services that bring back generational traditions that honored the mother & Heal the mother . 2 Services I offer is a blessing way for the mother , and the closing of the bones, Both of these spiritual ceremonies' evolve around the mothers healing phases , Separation , Transition and reincorporation. As a doula, one of my core values is incorporating spiritual guidance with my clients. This can look like prayer , meditations , journaling, affirmations and spiritual baths . This service is  optional but one of the biggest things that got me through as a mother of 3 different births and a mother in general. 

Get the rest you need during this time for you and your baby with the help of your  doula there to care for your child in your home. This is great for new moms , moms needing support in home , mom's with multiple children

During this time a mama's  nervous system along with the hormonal changes and transitions within the body can deeply effect the mental health of a mother. As your  doula and trauma informed yoga instructor, I can provide you with support on regulating your nervous system with yoga , meditation, breathwork and sound healing. I can also provide assistance with postpartum depression and Anxiety during our time together.

Before I became a  doula, I was a personal trainer , throughout all three of my pregnancies I dealt with diastasis recti (ab separation after birth) This led me to my studies of pelvic floor and core strengthening after birth. Later before ever becoming a doula, I studied yoga and core strengthening for after birth for myself , but now I offer it as a service to my MAMA clients . Click here to learn more.
