Service Description
Within this 60 min. Session we will strengthen and condition your pelvic floor , hips and core. You can expect to use bodyweight , dumbbells, yoga and breathwork to strengthen your core & pelvic floor after pregnancy, There is levels to this , so be prepared for a journey, progress over perfection and patience . THIS IS NOT ONLY FOR AFTER Birth , This can be done in any stage of mother hood. This can also be a service that is on a month to month basis with a payment plan , please contact me about this service for month to month basis . If you are challenged with Diastasis Recti , This is the perfect program for you, Your session can include education on what type of diastasis recti you have and movements and breathwork that start from a level 1 and progress .
