Yoga , Sound Therapy & Tea

Greeting , join us in connection & community for a for a Restorative yoga flow that will involve using different healing modalities to have you in a relax state of mind. All levels are welcome !  This will then  lead into a relaxing Soundbath Session full of different immersive sounds and frequencies that will ground you into the present moment. After our session, Enjoy community & Herbal Tea along with good vibes to start your Sunday Morning off right.  We will meet at Reedy creek park near the lake view area in front of the childrens playground  ! Please bring a mat.
