Greeting , join us in connection & community for a beginner friendly yoga flow that will involve somatic movement and asana, that will lead into a relaxing Sound Therapy Session full of different immersive sounds And frequencies that will ground you into the present moment. After our session, Enjoy community & Herbal Tea along with good vibes to start your Sunday Morning off right.  We will meet at Reedy creek park near the lake view area ! Please bring a mat.
