Join us in community to begin your Wednesday morning with wellness and rejuvenation. Together we will ground through meditation, morning breathwork, yoga and sound therapy. After class, enjoy 1 beverage of Hibiscus Tea or Sparkling wine from USVI winery company.  Start your rising intentionally on good vibes. 

Please bring your own mat.
