Partner Yoga & Sound Therapy

Join us at Reedy Creek park for some fun innovative partner yoga and Sound meditation. Together we will learn how to work in harmony to create shapes, find laughter and deepen our connection as a community. From stretching your levels of trust, to strengthening your communication skills , Partner Yoga is sure to have you feeling lighter and walking away with new friendships and and less stress.  We will begin with a group meditation and breathwork, followed by learning some simple beginner acro yoga poses that will strenthen the body and release tension , then we end with a sound therapy meditation of different frequencies and theraputic instruments.
