About the event
Mamas come and gather in community with other moms that can relate to the challenges and joys of motherhood but also take moment to focus on your self . I am a mother of 3 that innerstands how hard it is to find a moment to focus on you . Well this is why this space is created we are able to take that time ! Children are welcome as we're in a children's room but you are more than welcome to just come for one focus on you !
Within our time together we will converse , journal , have soundbath meditations and do mindful activities to take a moment to just be with self and reflect on our in self concept as more than just mama . It's free ! So come check us out
